I'm QuinnQuerty! But you can call me Quinn :)
I came into the world on Feb 16, 2005. I grew up in Manhattan, NY, coding and making art since I was 6 years old!
Math has always been the foundation of my practice. I love figuring out the reasons why something works the way it does so that I can play with those structures. Coding has obvious roots in mathematics, but other artistic mediums I use follow many of the same principles!
Animation is constructed of timing and arcs, created by math and moldable through those foundations. Music is a close companion to animation for me, also closely tied to mathematical structures and tied together by those similar rules. I have been working with Big Blue Bubble on their game My Singing Monsters for a couple years now to explore the connections between animation and music!
